(August 2016 - January 2019)

Responsibilities included creating all marketing and advertising materials for YMCA’s throughout Long Island. Collaborated with the Marketing Director to determine project duration and key milestones, and design strategy and execution. The marketing and advertising products ranged from billboards to web graphics.

Responsibilities included leading a team to ensure customers are receiving quality graphics in a timely manner (deliverables range from web graphics to printed media/material); collaboration with both CEO and board of directors to identify creative ways to increase in-house agency productivity. This position has expanded my supervisory experience by enhancing my interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various types of personalities while also challenging my technical capabilities by giving me the freedom to explore various aspects of our company and taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities included leading a marketing team using strategies such as social media, email, website and print advertising (Trifolds, Magazines, Postcards, etc.); maintaining the company website and ensuring top Google rankings upon searches; designing for all printed and online materials. All responsibilities continued to enhance my oral communication skills with customers, coworkers, and team members, strengthened my project management abilities (scheduling and deadline maintenance, efficiency in material and labor productivity) and continued to develop my natural creativity.

Responsibilities included website design, which utilized my strengths in interacting with customers and open communication with fellow programmers/designers to produce website designs that accurately reflected the customers’ goal and overall vision.  Creating designs for printed material has given me the opportunity to reach out and coordinate with printing companies, as well as managing the projects to ensure that each implemented design is completed meticulously. User interface designing has allowed me to better understand customers’ needs by creating websites that give users the freedom to create their own websites.

All of the responsibilities above combined have allowed me to further enhance my technical skill set, enabling me to be a very self-sufficient and confident graphic / website designer, as well to continue to improve on my communication skills by constantly interacting and coordinating with customers and other designers/artists.

Responsibilities included creating promotional material such as web banners, landing pages and email blasts. I worked as part of an e-commerce team that ran Sleepy's.com along with Mattress.com. Working as part of Sleepy's E-Commerce team has developed my communication skills, along with understanding the importance of working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
