Professional Experience

YMCA of Long Island - Creative Marketing Manager, Glen Cove, NY

(August 2016 - January 2019)

Responsibilities included creating all marketing and advertising materials for YMCA’s throughout Long Island. Collaborated with the Marketing Director to determine project duration and key milestones, and design strategy and execution. The marketing and advertising products ranged from billboards to web graphics.

Responsibilities included website design, which utilized my strengths in interacting with customers and open communication with fellow programmers/designers to produce website designs that accurately reflected the customers’ goal and overall vision.  Creating designs for printed material has given me the opportunity to reach out and coordinate with printing companies, as well as managing the projects to ensure that each implemented design is completed meticulously. User interface designing has allowed me to better understand customers’ needs by creating websites that give users the freedom to create their own websites.

All of the responsibilities above combined have allowed me to further enhance my technical skill set, enabling me to be a very self-sufficient and confident graphic / website designer, as well to continue to improve on my communication skills by constantly interacting and coordinating with customers and other designers/artists.
